Got one of these as a sling a couple months ago. Smallest thing I have ever seen, couldn't tell you how small it actually was! My question is does anyone have any info on care for this species. The power of google has evaded me on this one. So far i have been keeping it like a rosea sling and it seems to be doing fine, molted a couple weeks ago. Just want to ask, maybe someone has kept them before or has a link to more info. Thanks.

As far as what it is..... who knows. there are many different dwarf species found in southeast arizona. As for its care, they are just like any other aphonopelma in care. One thing I would suggest is putting them on a natural, loamy clay based soil and not coco fiber or peat.

I believe Kelly swift is selling these.

But yeah, not to repeat Josh. Just keep it like any other Aphonopelma.

Good luck and enjoy.
