So basically, I pulled this egg sac 16 days ago. Although mold had destroyed around half of the eggs or more inside the egg sac, I had 100 or so which looked to be in decent shape. It seems I was never able to eliminate all traces of the mold however, because every day or two since putting them in the incubator I've had to remove some number of eggs which had either grown some visible mold, or had just turned brown and died. I have these left (it's an album):

I'm thinking I must be doing something wrong, which is not all that surprising since it's my first time. Still, I'm ashamed I haven't been able to properly care for these guys and gals. The bright side is that most of the eggs in the "w/ legs" phase have been surviving much better than the roundies. There are a few eggs left along with a few w/legs that I'm watching closely for the first sign of mold or shriveling so I can remove them before it spreads.
I'm hoping some people will chime in and answer some questions for me, here's my whole incubator setup for reference (another album):

First, I'm going by Louise F's tutorial videos which have been a huge help, but I think I may have messed up a bit.
Is my outer container too large? I can tell now that it's much larger than the one in the tutorial, and so I'm wondering if the proportionality between the two containers is more important than I gave it credit for
I noticed in the video you/she has a special tool for wetting the paper towel on bottom. I've just been trying to sprinkle water over it but I've been leaning towards wetter is better. Is this a mistake?
I only have holes in the top of my outer container, with more holes concentrated over the inner container. Should there be holes in the sides? I couldn't tell from the video.
I hope I can gain some more insight, maybe there's hope for the last 30 or so eggs I have left, and maybe I can do better next time. Thanks everyone.
