I have maybe a 2 inch? Aphonopelma chalcodes that went into its hide and shut the door I want to say 3 weeks to a month ago and has remained there. I am concerned as it hasn’t come out to drink even. I thought it was getting ready to molt, but I am concerned as I really do think it’s a month now

Ts, especially fat ts (even slings), drink very infrequently....it could be holed up in there for 6 months or more....it isn't an issue, just be patient.

My G. Pulchripes spent 2 months with the door shut last winter, it's totally normal. Just hope it won't last too long and be ready to see a larger T coming out. But never disturb it or it could really stress the poor thing and the molt could go wrong.
