I don't see anything "pop" out in that molt, so basd on that I'd say male. But I am rubbish at ventralsexing anything but avics, so I'm not much help there. But there seems to be some size on that molt, and IME, at that size, the "flappythings I can never spell correctly" should stand out more.

But I've never sexed a grammie, so this is all general speaking, from the spiders I have sexed.

I was SO excited when I found not one, but TWO RCF at a Petco.

Snagged one for my, and my friend picked up the other as her first T. He seems to be in pre-molt now, too.
