Anyone on here keep leeches?

One species from the NJ pine barrens reaches about a foot in length, but after searching for two years in the habitat scientists only had a dozen or so specimens, so it's not easy to find.
I admit I hoped in on this and tried to find the elusive and rare Haemopis ottorum, all I had was two good days of nature in the pine barens, and all said and done I had a good time but did not find one (which is no surprise).

You're right, extremely difficult. These aren't aquatic, though--they're subterranean terrestrial inverts.

I swear to God, though, you're importing all the animals I want!
Yes, but considering where the Bornean shrimp and crabs are found I figure the leeches can't be too far away.

Let's see if anything comes of it first, ha ha. Past few imports I've worked on have fallen apart due to problems with brokers as well.
