It's probably legit, the guy has pretty good reviews.

Ebay is an international site and he is shipping from outside the US so I don't know if they would take it down. He is not breaking any laws by advertising. If he ships into the US that's most likely another story but that's not Ebays problem.

On the other hand if you live in the US and you buy any there could be trouble. Not from ebay though.

This should be legitimate, as there are many other people on the site selling Diapherodes gigantea eggs in packs of 10. Agreed @sschind, I don't see why else it wouldn't be real as it is only a few eggs. Heck, some people sell these things in packs of 200 or even 1000.
