Any suggestions on a starter video camera?

Need something not too pricey, just something I can record some youtube videos on until I can afford something better. Doesn't need to be super high quality just better then what I can get on my mobile phone

Just 2 cents. I looked at a few hundred mobile type cameras, comparing them to modern day cell phones and came up with ~$250 for super nice quality. Went and saved my money for a half year then bought a Nikon D3400, the undesirable version of the D3300, for <$500. It gives far greater quality videos in half hour segments - full HD, cranks out 24 meg pixel pictures as fast as 5 per second, has a spectacularly capable autofocus, a battery charge lasts 1/2 forever (can take 20 hours of video on one charge) and has more bells and whistles than I could possibly want.
