Heres the basic run down My friend came across a rottweiler on the road the other day that looked like it had been hit by a car so we brought it to the vet to be checked out And it was mostly staved to death and it had its back broken more likely from a baseball bat than a car there were tags on it and when we contacted the owner he denied any responsibility or involvement for the dog the dog is a male adult rottweiler with a docile temperment as far as we know we havent spent much time with it given that its been in and out of surgery He stands up and walks to go to the bathroom then lies right back down I dont have any pictures yet but he is a beautiful boy thats just been treated very badly he needs to be kept warm and indoors while he recovers and hopefully after that as well I am basicly just hoping for anyone in the area who might know a rescue that might be able to take him in or if someone local would be willing to take him in We dont have the means or room available to keep him for more than a few weeks If anyone has any Ideas please contact me on here or at emax72085@yahoo.com I appreciate any help or advice that is offered thank you in advance
