So my pet orchid mantis past away recently and my tanks been sat empty, but I come across a huge giant house spider I'm going to keep I need all the info you can give me thanks in advance

They're pretty easy to care for.
Provide lots of fake plants and things for it to anchor webbing to, and a place to retreat to and hide inside. I would keep it dry but then spritz the webbing occasionally for it to be able to get a drink.
Do you have a photo of the spider? Mature males are often spotted out and about and have very long legs making them appear large. But they don't make good pets because they want to find a female to mate with.
