Here is another schizocosa that I caught this morning. This one is much larger than the last one I posted. I found another one that I believe is a male. I will try to get some pics of him too, but he is much faster.
I Caught half a dozen similar looking spiders along with a couple Verrucosa arenata the other night I've asked around but nobody has pinned down the Genus and I'm to0 inexperienced to do so if someone could help me out it would be much appreciated
That might actually be a hogna antelucana note the two white spots on the abdomen.
For a better ID, a ventral shot is required. If the venter is all black, its likely antelucana, which can be virtyally identical to S mccooki and avida
