well, my P ornata sling is dead. I don't know if you remember I posted about it a couple weeks back, it molted ok, but it's legs were all deformed. I thought it couldn't eat, because I wasn't sure of the fang situation.
Well, I've examined it, and the fangs were looking fine. However, the T would not eat no matter what. It also couldn't walk properly, with the deformed legs, but it was still quite fast enough to catch a prey item.
In conclusion, I don't have a clue what happened to the poor thing.
It's size after the molt was 1 1/2"

Drats Holley! That's a bummer. I know you did the best you could with it though. Sorry. :(

That sucks Holley - sorry to hear it. I have heard that sometimes when they have a bad molt like that and all appears to be functional despite any leg deformations, that the problem is with the stomach - that they didn't shed the lining, only partially shed it, or severly damaged the stomach/esphogas, which is why they won't/can't eat.

I'm so sorry to hear that Holly. :(

Loosing a pet. No matter what the species is heartbreaking.
