L. cristata just molted last night. After looking at the shed skin, it appears to be a male.
That sucks. My favourite tarantula, and I'm guessing I'll have to get rid of it within the year. So angry...
And since I just found out that my usambara is a male, that means that exactly half of my tarantulas have been identified as males.
I still have a female G. rosea and an unsexed T. blondi. But I swear, if my T. blondi turns out to be a male too, I'm going to be pissed off beyond description.
I'm telling you, the baby Jesus must hate me.
