"Tarantula - $25
trained not to bite easy cleaning, cage included. Eats 5 large crickets a week
drinks water with a sponge & bowl also included."

Obviously not that familiar with the world of tarantulas, BUT it does appear that they spend a great deal of time with it.

This is a common posting, though. People are used to the care of dogs, so if they have a T, handle it often with no incidents, it is deemed as "trained". Like you "train" a dog. No, these people are not idiots, but rather somewhat ignorant. There is a difference. For instance, if you gave your T a sponge, I'd call you an outright idiot. Why? You know better.

the post didn't say or have any pictures, but I'm guessing it was a G. rosea. --but when you factor in that it is trained not to bite and can drink from a sponge, $25 is a bargain!
