so i had mentioned earlier (in another thread) about the structure of jaws in solpugids. it seems they have 4 sharp chelicerae, and them seem to move independently. they can move up and down, which is very commonly seen while chewing prey or secreting substances. they can also spread the jaws to the side, and all apart, which is quite scary!! anyway, hopefully these pics somewhat capture what i'm saying.
