"albino" P. imperator

I know it's happened in other species. It could just be post molt and unlikley to stay that color.

There was one other years old thread about another one, never read more about it. Hmm, that one seems like a filled out young one, and it's climbing around, I feel like it should be darker for it to be moving around like that. I'd really like to see if it darkens up or not.

That is obviously a scorpion that has just molted, the telson is not even hardened properly....That light colored specimen will turn brown later and this is within the known color range........I have seen milkchocolate brown P.imperators, not many, but they are there.......I like them better than the standard black ones...

One of the pictures in one of the links below suggests the 'albino' is pictured beside a freshly molted 'normal' P. imp.
Same scorpion was discussed on another site and one of the suggestions was use of extreme UV light to create the appearance of albinism.

Yeah that's the thread I was remembering. So this it the same scorpion, same old pics. I never saw any update about it, must have darkened up lol.

I have also seen pictures of "albino" Buthus bonito...
