"Aggressive" male?

I have a community tank of emps who all get along just fine, but one of the males (a very large male) regularly tries to mate with every one of the gravid females. He startes "vibrating" and pulling them up onto the slate. They always brush him off and return to their burrows. I'm not worried, none of them seem to care, but has anyone ever heard of this? My other male is much less eager. The "aggressive" one even tries to mate with the juvies.

Any thoughts?

*lol* My H. spadix do that all the time. Though it is rare when I see it out of my rainforest scorpions, it happens occasionally to me.
