Hey everybody, I have a question regarding my AGB.
She’s somewhere around 7.5 years old and I’ve had her for 6 of those . I love this old lady, but I’ve noticed recently that the legs on her back few (3.5) segments have been lopped off. I’m assuming she chewed them down.
I’m keeping an eye on her. Nothing has changed recently in her diet or conditions. She’s eating well, roaming, climbing, etc.
I’m not sure what to make of this. Her back few segments are a little wrinkly (nothing terrible, but I think her last molt was stressful, since it happened in the dead of winter during the big Texas power outage in 2021). I’m not sure if the wrinklyness of those segments is at all related.
Does anybody have experience or suggestions for dealing with this? Is there anything I can do or look out for?
Thank you,
Mitch
