Hey Guys

So my AF A avicularia moulted about about a month ago now - no issues with that, and yet she's still actively avoiding feeding and has not ventured from her tube web (which is webbed closed completely).

I've tried all the usual aproaches, leaving food in the enclosure for several days, trying different food types (roaches, crickets, etc). I've tried introducing the food items directly to the tube web entrance, to no avail.

Now my issue is, her not eating doesn't bother me too much, occasional fasts are ok, but I want to pair this girl, and she's being rather efficient at being difficult.

So what would you do? i'm reluctant to attempt to pair her without prior feed as I don't necessarily want to risk the male more than needed.

Comments always appreciated

See how receptive she is to the idea of a male tapping around.

Have you tried misting her cage down? After a molt, a lot of t's are very thirsty (from losing fluids during a molt). In my experience, this is especially true with species that come from a humid environment. Just a suggestion.
