I like to keep everyone updated when I use different services and this has by far been the worst. 3+ weeks for delivery, slow communication, and the webmaster even sent me an email with a supposed tracking number and claimed my package was sent via USPS 7-10 ground. (This message came 16 days after purchase.) Well this morning I wake up to the UPS man at the door with my Acorn Naturalists package. So not only am I unhappy with the delivery time (seems like it wasn't parceled until a week or two after order), but I also feel lied to as the web master sent me information saying it was USPS, 7-10 day and a tracking number (that didn't work) and then all of a sudden ups shows up with the package. Personally this is my first and last time with them.
No need for replies, just giving everyone the heads up.
