about super worms, conditions for pupation?

Hi everyone! Like the title says, I just want to make it clear about them, at what size is it ok to put them into pupation? I know they have to be separated and kept in the dark. Is it fine if I put some potting soil for them to burrow and keeping good humidity? that would help me a lot, thx!

They seem like a feeder that is interesting and easy to maintain. Because of the above thread I think I'm going to try my hand at raising some super worms myself.
