They are not reported to reproduce via parthenogenesis if that's what your asking. If they have, someone please correct me, but as far as I know they only reproduce via mating between a male and a female.

Hottentotta gentili is not parthogenetic, they require normal/regular mating to reproduce.

It's really difficult to tell the sex at such a young age. It needs to go through a few more molts first.
