My Male a.versicolor has tibial spurs and and not tibial hooks.
Will it molt again for tibial hooks(I want my 2 inch female to catch up so I'm powerfeeding her.

Tibial spurs and tibial hooks are the same thing.

I think you're confusing one of them with palpal bulbs.

If he has palpal bulbs, he's mature. Avics tend to have very small tibial spurs, so you probably just don't see them.

No, he won't molt again and get the hooks you don't see, and your female is much too small and will most likely not catch up to him before he dies.

Males mature in one molt, not half first then half later.
