A ventral sexing cuestion.

Hey everyone I have a cuestion for those that have more experience on ventral sexing, at what size can you start to ventral sex a juvenile? I have a 2 inch chaco golden knee that I want to ventral sex. In adult chacos there's an obvious black spot between the upper lounges for the males. Again mine is about 2 inches and doesn't have that black spot. You guys think its still to small? Thanks.

I will but first I wanted to know at what size can we start ventral sexing more acurately. Mine is about 1.5-2 inches, is that big enough?.

You should be able to vent sex from about 2"

2" generally, your mileage will differ by species.

The bigger a t is, the easier vent sexing will be.
