When handling your larger pokies (I'd say just observing it in the cage, but I've never seen it walking around in it's enclosure in the couple months I've had it) did you notice it having a strange way of walking?


Sort of like sticking its front legs completely verticle in the air before moving them ahead of them?


(In other words, a completely off the wall way of walking compared to most other Ts)


I was just curious if mine was a freak or something, heh.

Mine do this graceful dance as well.... this is them feeling out their situation.

Heh. I've noticed my B. albopilosum doing this very same thing, when it wasn't in a hurry. If for some reason it felt rushed, it just did the typical dash-across-the-substrate, but otherwise it seems to prefer slow, articulated waltzes...
