A metallica molted.. lost a leg :(

My A, metallica molted a few hours ago.. I found it on its back dripping clear stuff out of where its front left leg should be. I left it alone and now it is fine hanging on the side cleaning its 7 legs. I picked up the molt since it was on the other side of the cage and pulled out the leg that it lost.. it looks really really small. `I think my avic will be ok though. Im not sure if it is a male or female.. the part that I think I should be looking at looks like this l)= kinda lol thin flap with 2 long slithers sticking out on each side... wish I had a better camera so I could take a pic.

As long as there's no more leaking going on your T should be fine. As far as sexing goes, I'm not gonna make a guess from your description lol. Have a look at the following thread if you haven't already:

thank you so much for showing me that thread.. I am pretty sure I have a female. There is very visible spermathecae and a thin uterus (ithink lol) is it normal for the spermathecae to be like twice the length of the uterus? the uterus(maybe) is the exact height as the space between these lines = . The avic is about 4 inches.
