A little intruder

I honestly have no idea how it got in or where it came from, though it was already residing very underneath of my Psalmopoeus victori enclosure.

I tried to ID it, but the closest I can get is, common house spider that makes cobweb, that’s about it.

Anyhow, in the end, I decided to keep it.

I had a spider that made a funnel web in a hole in some cork bark in one of the enclosures! Cute little trespassers

Couldn't resist trying to ID but best I could find was achaearanea tepidariorum common house spider like you.
Have you tried asking @The Snark he is brilliant with true spiders he Id 'd the cream n gray Tegeneria I had living in my bin when no one had a clue what he was, Screenshot_20220214-062041_Gallery.jpg
He got it from that rubbish pic too, always worth an ask 😉

I keep house spiders too I can't resist collected about 7 different species out my house now from my steatoda Lady Flytrap to my Lace weaver Taimy 😁 its gotta be done 😆

Nod appreciated but.... I'll refute that for the moment, or at least until Cassiopeia swallows the Constipation of O'Brien. My knowledge is a very small niche. I only excel in what I observe along with having been accused of being an expert researcher on several occasions - both thanks to a quirk in my memory.

As for an update, now I have two intruders, and I’ve been feeding them now and then.

Today, one of them made an egg sac, which I do not know it’s fertile or not. It is interesting though.

If you can get pictures that show their markings clearer that would definitely help distinguish the species. They definitely look like they fall into the Steatoda category
