ophiophagus the one below the hardwicki is a scolopendra sub. sub. from hawaii
and DEVIL55 lol just got that one and 3 others just like:D thanks cheyenne

That banded heros has bands extending into the pleurites. Is that typical? Great collection, Cheyenne.

That's a rarer form of S. heros arizonensis. It's been speculated that it may be a separate subspecies of heros, but for now it's considered the "banded morph" of arizonensis. They have a more restricted range in Arizona than the standard un-banded arizonensis, and are rarely collected for the hobby. Hard to find, but gorgeous.

Yeah that's typical with the banded arizonensis, going by the ones I've seen anyway. Have you seen a pic where it doesn't extend lower?, I'd like to see a pic if you know of one and not too much trouble.

here is a pic of one of the non banded heros i used to have i sold it years ago to someone on the boards just cant remember who . later cheyenne
