That's a rarer form of S. heros arizonensis. It's been speculated that it may be a separate subspecies of heros, but for now it's considered the "banded morph" of arizonensis. They have a more restricted range in Arizona than the standard un-banded arizonensis, and are rarely collected for the hobby. Yeah that's typical with the banded arizonensis, going by the ones I've seen anyway.
