This guy is about to embark in a very frightening engagement....Hope he's up for it.

This guy tried molting right side up. If found him and watched for a bit. Since he wasn't flipping on his own I helped him. Shortly after his molt was underway. Turned out well for him. He's now mature and getting ready to go.

Hey, how big is the MM crawshayi? I have a young male thats maybe 1.5 inches. Im guessing you didnt raise that guy from a sling?

He's between 4 and 5 inches. I got him in January when he was about 3.5-4"

They don't need help. Can molt either way.
Cool pics anyway.
I know they don't need any help, but I have also noticed a higher number of issues when they molt upright. More screwed up legs, missing legs, deaths while molting etc. Didn't want to risk it since in this case I may have had a hand in disturbing him. (I mentioned the entire story elsewhere on the boards).
