Well, my A avic I've been so concerned about molted yesterday.
I pulled the skincast tonite to sex it. After close inspection I determined it was a male. Funny thing is, all I needed to do was look at the spider cause its now sporting tibal hooks. LOL

I'm really happy about it being male cause I own a mature female.
So let the breeding project begin.

Your A. avic. looks more green that the usual bluish color. Kinda strange, but awesome looking. Good luck with your breeding prospects.

I don't know. I used flash in taking the pic. But didn't touch it up.

Thanks all for the well wishes. ;)

Ernie

New pic. w/ no flash..
You can see his hooks in this one. He ran all over me while I was trying to shoot this. LOL Druming the whole time.
What a cool dude.

That's how my "Bob" looked. And the personality... he changed from a fish tank wall hanging to a struttin' his stuff star! Aren't the little guys so cute when they start runnin' around?

Your's is a little fuzzball... purty boy!

That next pic brings out the blue in him more than the first two. I had a batch of A. avic slings, it was quite an experience. I'm looking forward to breeding my A. versicolor or purpurea, I would like to have a batch of those.

Again, good luck.
