its been 2 weeks of selfincubating my brown-recluse eggsac,,
just checked on it tonight,, now there is a bunch of webbing, holding the eggs ontoto shirt i have them sitting on in the incubater....there is no other spider in that incubater, just the eggs,, i looked closely,, the egg is not hatched,, yet there is this weblike stuff, surrounding the whole sac on all sides, and webbed to the bottom,,i can still see through the webbing:it is very cloudlike, i felt the top,, its like thick, but the strands are thin, its wierd..does this mean there about to hatch,, or what!???, cause the sac is still closed,, and this magically appeared

So, the mother is not in there? If you have a very fine hair like substance suddenly encase the sac over night with no mother around you may very well have a type of fungus or mold. I have seen it happen before with crickets that died in a very wet environment.
From my experience, they can incubate perfectly fine in a completly dry environment. Are you adding humidity to your incubation?
Good Luck !
