‘Quartz sand’

I recently bought a 20lb bag of sand which was on sale for $7. It is made by National Geographic and the is simply called ‘marble white sand’.
The ingredients only list quartz sand and do not mention anything else like calcium. I wanted to mix with my usual coco fiber and use it for my centipedes. Does anyone here think this would for some reason cause the harm?

Can't really think of an issue that quartz would cause. Most sand has quartz in it already. Maybe check and see if it's crushed vs. Natural? Crushed might have sharper edges that a natural rounded sand would not.
