Fangless Theraphosinae sp. Panama Adult Female

It's been six months that I have been manually feeding this girl and she is still hanging in there. She sure is skinny, though. I'm not sure she will make it through her next moult, but I am not giving up on her.

This girl lost her fangs in her last moult and here she is drinking her bug soup. I've removed her water dish, so this is her only option. It seems to be working and her abdomen is getting a bit bigger. I hope that I can get her to her next moult.

It has been so difficult to get a half decent photograph of this little dude - I rarely see him outside his burrow. I think that might be the remnants of a sperm web too. I hope so, because I have a female waiting. :)

I'm doing a lot of rehousing lately, since I have had a moulting frenzy the last couple of months. Rehousing these two was easier than I expected - it went without incident.
