    I bought this one as a Goliath birdeater.. it was dirt brown, a couple weeks ago it molted and well... Now even comparing side by side the molt looks like a whole different spider!

    My big girl, got her when she was roughly 5" dls. This was the surprise waiting for me this morning. She didn't really put on any size, but of course her fresh colors are a nice change of pace. Can't wait to fatten her up again.

    Gotta say, he's looking better every molt. He's very leggy looking and approaching 6'' in DLS. He's about one molt smaller than the female.

    Water dish was flipped over. Temporary hide was pushed back and half mangled. Decorations completely buried. And what the heck are you doing with your leg? This is why we can’t have nice things..

    need help for my Theraphosa stirmi

    I've received this tarantula about three weeks ago. it was almost dead when i just opened the post box. the weather was kind of warm but there was a heaterpack in the box with it. somehow i still keep her or him alive. she is not interested in any types of prey. what can i do for her?
