1. Feast

If she wasn't basically blind, I'd swear she was staring me down as she drove her fangs repeatedly into that superworm like a hot knife through butter. DIO - 0.1 P. pulcher

    Hadronyche Versuta

I love this big girl so much. Her first time feeding since I got her in July. Thought her abdomen would start losing its size after so long but nooooope. She took this mealworm down like a champ.

    0.1 Poecilotheria striata Feeding

She's eating fine and now at a 7'' and soon my male will be ready to molt to MM. But this is the best I can get of her.
  8. Fun to feed

    Fun to feed

My P. auratus never disappoints and is always an agressive eater. Not bad on the eyes either as she is a stunner!!
  9. A Rare Treat

    A Rare Treat

I apologize for the inferior quality if the picture, but I had to take it while the taking was good. Those of you who keep these little beasties know how reclusive they are. Fortunately, for me anyway, I fed this juvie last evening, it pounced, and for some reason just took a chill for a bit.

MM Cyriocosmus elegans takes a worm

This guy has barely eaten since he matured in mid March (at around 11 months of age), but he chowed down on a mealworm in a den surrounded by wall paintings done in his own filth today. Ya know. Guy stuff.

    0.1 Hapalopus sp. "Columbia Large"

She's nice looking and her carapace is smooth looking. She's a little past 2'' but not as large yet for breeding. Still a great eater.

    0.1 P. cambrogdei Feeding

She's growing up very fast, already a little past the 4'' mark. She really needs a rehouse soon.

    Sold as Avicularia avicularia

So I was sold this and told it was a A. Avicularia but its colors don't seem right. And depending on the light it looks very very blue. Can anyone confirm this as a sp. Santa Mission Moonlight? Its seems to match all the pics I've seen but not much data is out there for that sp. name?
