    Identifying arboreal t

This little guy has been stuck unlabeled in a pet store for some time. They eventually labeled him as a "mysore ornamental"(Poecilotheria striata) but I'm not really convinced. Anyone know what this guy is? The belly is black with red around the fangs and iridescent rainbow feet.

    New year, new skin

Finger did the impossible by actually molting, gaining an impressive 0.0001 millimeters. It will be at least a year before this spectacle occurs again

    A Rare Treat

I apologize for the inferior quality if the picture, but I had to take it while the taking was good. Those of you who keep these little beasties know how reclusive they are. Fortunately, for me anyway, I fed this juvie last evening, it pounced, and for some reason just took a chill for a bit.

First time I've seen Eris 100% removed from her den (wood round bottom right) in nearly a year. Got a chance to measure her - right about 5 1/2". What a treat!

    0.1 S. calcaetum

The first time I actually got a picture of her out. This species of T. is so reclusive that I can't even get it to come out for a full body shot. But this is the closest I can get this species out for a picture. Cool to see her, but a reclusive species as well.

    Wonder of Wonders!

First, I will be the first to admit (so comments in this regard are unnecessary) it’s from a quality standpoint a crap picture. However, I had to snap with my phone because I knew it wouldn’t last. I turned the lights on and the H. mac & S. cal stayed put! I think they may be conspiring...
