Yeah as others have said, no need to worry about it. If you’re keeping the T on dry sub then there’s no risk of mold, but even if it’s on wet sub you can always get some springtails and/or isopods to take care of that issue.

I wouldn’t get too upset over this... Defanging tarantulas isn’t even a thing. A defanged tarantula is a dead tarantula. Anyone who claims their T is defanged is talking out of their backside.
You won’t be disappointed with the GBB, they are incredibly easy to care for as slings and always entertaining to watch. Also, big ups on the profile pic. :D
