Bold jumping spider -- Is it just me, or do jumpers just have this way of looking right to your soul -- doesn't matter how many times I've photographed one, each brings a big smile to my face -- with this heavily gravid female being no different. 🤗 They are common in fields and grasslands

A young, beautifully coloured juvenile of an absolutely Goliath species of the Amblypygid world, known commonly as the crowned Tailless-whip scorpion; in the process of cleaning those hypersensitive antennaform modified legs for its next meal.

There's nothing quite like the silky smooth contrasting elegance of the Togo starburst baboon. I could just sit and watch them all day.

That's exactly right! She'll remove them to further disable the spider, as-well as make it easier to slip into her burrow.
