I ordered two Acanthoscurria sp. Red slings. He offered to ship them that day. Everyone arrived safe and sound, and the packaging was great. Would buy again!

Purchased two slings from them with two day shipping to the east coast and they were both delivered safe and quickly.

Items where shipped promply and packaged very well. All ts arrived unharmed and looking great.

Ts arrived healthy and alert. The female B vagans even has a little attitude

Tangled/Artemis Animalia provided an excellent tarantula procurement experience from start to finish. Communication was very prompt and through as I considered and placed my order. They worked with me on an adjusted shipping date 2 weeks in the future as I was not sure of my availability in current times with my work schedule in COVID-19 response. Was notified promptly of shipping late creation and tracking. Received beautiful healthy specimens of M. balfouri, I. mira, A. moderatum, A. chalcodes and C. versicolor in well packed containers with insulation. 5/5 will repeat business in the future for sure!

I traded some centipedes and a T to Tangled for one his more valuable centipedes and a scorpion and I couldn't be happier! I purchased this on Friday the 31st and it was shipped Monday the 3rd. I received the 4th and unfortunately FedEx decided to play soccer with the package, so I received the first female dead. This was no fault of Tangled's, yet he was kind enough to send me another female for only half the price of shipping. He actually had the replacement out the very same day I received the first, and I received the new one less than 24 hours after the first. Absolutely amazing speed and professionalism. Each email was replied to within minutes, and not once did he ever question the replacement of a $200 spider. Dont hesitate to deal with him.
