Purchased a 3.5" S. Calceatum from him. I purchased on a Friday, he sent it out Monday. I received Tuesday 1/8. Packing was secure and insulating. Came with an included heat pack. Spider was not crammed into the container, but tight enough that a drop would not injure it.

I bought a male and female Poecilotheria rufilata pair from MathiasVG, and they arrived safely, were packaged excellently, and Mathias was awesome to communicate and work with.
