The variety and prices are good; slings of both species I'd been wanting were available so I placed my order. I did not expect priority shipping (as versus overnight) to be a problem as all the invertebrates I've ordered from BugsInCyberspace have been shipped that way and arrived healthy. Plus the weather this time of year between Arizon and Texas is about perfect. Honestly, I don't think the shipping was the problem -- the packaging was excellent and the other spiderling was just fine. It may have already been unhealthy or just died from unknown causes. I understand this can happen with slings. I sent a courteous message to Ken, asking if there was anything he'd be willing to do for my DOA sling. (If you do the math, you'll see I'd have done just as well to buy another sling as have LAG in the first place since shipping is never covered so...) Anyway, I was hoping for perhaps a discount, but a reply at the very least, which I never got. I cannot complain, terms of service were met and I do not believe it was any negligence that resulted in the slings death. Still, I don't plan to purchase from this site again when tarantulaspiders.com has even better variety, pricing and personalized customer service.
