Review for Jonah Lazich:
I put in a pretty sizable order with Jonah about 3 weeks ago when he posted a list of bonkers cheap tarantulas. His communication was great and that order shipped about 2 weeks ago. It arrived on time, in perfect condition, and expertly packed. Unfortunately 21 out of 31 of the slings where dead. I was shocked, there was a heat pack so they didn't freeze, and it definitely was not too warm, and they where not in death curls, they where limp. I took pictures and contacted Jonah right away. I was the first of 3 customers (I believe) who contacted him and his first message back was assuring me I would be taken care of! We then realized that on my order as well as the others it was only slings shipped in a type of specific vial that had died. So let's be clear it was the brand new tainted vials, a style exactly the same as I have used and received orders from others that used them that killed the slings, and nothing Jonah did. Even with that being the case he shipped me replacement tarantulas, PAID FOR SHIPPING, and then he couldn't replace my order exactly included substitutes of higher value!
