Used Joe again for my buddy's Christmas gift (ultramarinus), an albiceps for myself.
I always have at least one payment condition that sets the bar way way high- and Joe delivers every time. Patient, prompt, professional, personable, real. I can always count on this guy to have an IMPOSSIBLY HUGE list with the slings that I'm pondering, and it really can't get any easier. Joe's great. I bought my first tarantula from him, and I keep going back. Especially when I'm looking for something specific. Always professional, and willing to answer questions and concerns. Just an all around great guy in the hobby!

So I pretty much surmised the situation in the pro list. Communication, helpfulness, friendlessness was awesome.
Answered some questions I had, and "sat" with me, via text, during the unboxing. Every T he would comment, ok this one might be less calm, might be ready to bolt" or other helpful things. We went thru every T I received one at a time as I took photos and sent how each unpacking went one by one.
Even when I was asking questions initially about the dwarfs he had I mentioned I'm interested in collecting dwarfs. Suddenly I got photo and name after photo and name of beautiful dwarfs I hadn't heard of. He wasn't trying to sell me, he didn't even have the dwarves he sent, if he did he didn't mention it. He was just happy to share his knowledge with me since I was enthusiastic, definitely not an expert and greatly appreciative of all the knowledge he shared.
Very awesome experience. Would I shop here again? Absolutely... After my wallet recovers from those Black Friday sales lol.

A good friend shared Joe’s list with me b/c he has so many cool offerings. He responded to my questions, his pricing was clear , and making payment was easy. Now that I have my new slings home and housed, I can say I’d totally buy from him again without any hesitation. His packaging survived an unforeseen holiday shipping delay that had me stressed but, apparently, for no reason. My slings were super cozy on their coast to coast journey. Through it all, Joe was calm, professional, and in consistent, helpful communication with me. This was definitely one of my better buying experiences and I see exactly why he was recommended so highly.

I'm so happy with my spiders from Joe! I picked them up from Fedex this morning. Packaging was great! The heat pack was still nice and warm when I unpacked them, which was my main concern since it's pretty cold where I live. Prior to my purchase, Joe was very fast with responding to my email inquiry. After exchanging a few text messages and answering any questions I had, we quickly set a plan for payment and shipping. I have bought spiders from Joe probably about a half a dozen times now since summer of 2019.. He has had species that I had previously spent years looking for (his list is probably one of if not the best in the US). This time around I picked up a beautiful Pachistopelma bromelicola... a dream T, and probably my most prized spider in my collection! As always, packaging was superb, everything arrived safe and sound and the spiders (there were 2) looked well cared for. Joe has been wonderful to deal with every single time, and he will take the stress out of buying online, as his communication is great. I've chat with him a few times about Aviculariinae species in the hobby. Hes a stand-up guy. Do yourself a favor and check his list out - chances are you'll find one of your dream Ts too!

I have dealt with Joe multiple times and I honestly do not have anything negative to say on any of them. I live about a little less than 2 hours away from him and in order to avoid LA traffic, I had to ask him if we can meet up really early at around 6:30am. He was more than happy to accommodate me with my request and even beat me to the meet up location where he was already waiting for me when I got there. I had a great deal on the T`s I purchased and he even gifted a couple of free slings in which he did not need to do anymore. I always expect a positive experience when I deal with Joe since he is a very easy person to deal with and he really has delivered on every transaction I did with him. I would not think twice about dealing with him and I will continue to do so.

Purchased a D Dolichothele and an Avic Minatrix. Joe sent pics of both beforehand and even found me a bigger Minatrix than advertised. Shipping was fast and communication always open. Would buy from again !
