Justin was very friendly and responsive to messages. He went out of his way to double check the shipping prices which resulted in shipping costing less than expected. He was also able to work around my schedule to ship on the best day for me. I bought 3 T's and he offered to throw in a freebie which I happily took The T's arrived perfectly fine.
