I’ve made a few of purchases from Jamie’s Tarantulas. My first two orders I would call exceptional. Start to finish, wonderful experiences and beautiful spiders added to my family. My third order went sideways when a tarantula was dead on arrival. I immediately contacted Jamie’s and got the ball rolling on their Live Arrival Guarantee. They were helpful for 24hrs and then communication stopped. I emailed weekly for nearly two months to try to contact anyone about getting a replacement/refund/anything. Last week I finally got them to respond and things seemed great, got replacements all set and was told my package was going out Monday. Never heard from them on Monday- didn’t get tracking or a FedEx email.

So feeling very frustrated with Jamie’s. When they have good service it’s very good. When it’s bad, it’s quite bad.
