Many thanks to Ian. I was first urged to message him about his chrysogaster slings. I'd never seem them available before. I was glad to offer an exchange. We decided to ship same day. Then, I realized I had a transaction with someone local to Ian. He set up meeting this person before and adter shipping so that I could trade with this person too without the expense of shipping. This was a very much appreciated favor, above and beyond. I consider Ian a trustworthy and knowledgeable collector who I would surely do business with again. Thanks Ian!

Thanks to Ian, I got to cross a dream species off my list, Ornithoctoninae sp Ho Chi Minh DCF (and a confirmed, mature female at that). I was in utter disbelief at even seeing one offered for sale and I immediately sent both an email and a DM to see if she was still available. To my immense relief, she was and we quickly made the arrangements. Both of our preferred shipping methods were FedEx overnight, hold at the shipping center. My schedule wasn't that flexible in terms of when I could get her, but Ian was able to meet my narrow window of opportunity. The packaging was stellar. The well insulated box temped at 77 degrees when opened and her shipping enclosure was still slightly damp to the touch. She came out of her shipping enclosure without a fuss, but immediately displayed the notoriously defensive temperament this species is known for when she went from the catchcup to her new enclosure. Since the transaction, we've had a few pleasant conversations as well, mostly focusing on our mutual interest in Asian sp and their availability. Should Ian offer up any other species that I'm looking for, I won't hesitate or think twice about engaging in a new transaction (cash flow willing). In fact, I look forward to it and I look forward to any other possible interactions/trades/loans as well.

I purchased a harpactira chrysogaster juvenile from Ian about a week ago and communication was quick and easy. We arranged a specific date for delivery and the package arrived without any issues. The tarantulas (as Ian included a freebie) arrived safe and sound. I would definitely work with Ian again.

I received my package 2/2/21. It was packed well and everything was healthy. Quick to respond to messages and very polite.

Top notch person when it comes to the hobby. Excellent communication and very informative in all aspects of the transaction.
