This was my first online order. I was apprehensive and researched several dealers. I was so relieved when I received quick responses from Goliath before I ordered. Brittany was patient and willing to "talk me through" my many concerns. Every part of the transaction--from initial order to unpacking" was great.

Prices are incredibly competitive.

Offered overnight shipping, Local pickup in Houston TX , or Convention Pickup. I went with convention pickup as the most cost efficient option. This also also allowed me to meet Brittany and she was very knowledgeable and informative. She also allowed me to select my specimen when she had multiples. Ended up grabbing an additional OBT.

10/10 will be doing business again with GoliathArachnids in the future.

Britt was easy to work with and her pricelist was very fair. More so then the bigger vendors.

Provided pictures when asked for and responded to emails lightning fast.

Both animals made it alive on arrival and in what seems like healthy condition!

Put in an order Saturday Night at 9:45PM, within 15m GA reached out to me to confirm the order and select which Fedex location for Hold for Pickup, They shipped on Monday and were in my hands Tuesday Morning with no problems. Everybody was very well packed and in great condition.
