Classic Jurassic Exotics

I saw this booth at Repticon and asked for what I was looking for while explaining that it would be my first tarantula. While he did have the T I asked about, he explained that it wasn't a great beginner T at that age (small sling) and was very helpful in showing me different Ts that would meet my needs while being a hardy age/breed. I'm thrilled with my little G pulchripes and will definitely return to CJE when I feel ready for another T

I just got two tarantulas from Classic Jurassic Exotics at the Pittsburgh Reptile Show in Cheswick PA. The owner was great to deal with. Very knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions and show me a lot of great choices. Ended up getting a Brazilian White Knee and a Lasiodora Parahybana.

I bought my first two spiders from Nic at a reptile expo in September 2019 not knowing I would become addicted to the hobby. Most recently I picked up a juvenile Psalmopeus victori and a Brachionopus pretoria. He knows a lot tarantulas and all kinds of herps and is always willing to give good husbandry advice. If you're looking for rare species he is someone worth contacting. I've only bought from him in person, I think he mostly does expos on the east coast. He is personable and always a pleasure to work with.
