you take the sac so that you can control its inhabitants. Most prefer not to let them hatch with mom, because wrangling them all up can be quite a hassle and you man=y not even find them ll.
Also, by taking sacs earlier, you can save sacs as if one egg is bad, it quickly spreads in an enclosed egg sac, quickly leading to a total loss.

I pulled one recently at day 45 and they looked really dry inside so glad I did as dont think many would have survived. Finished incubation until they became little blue floofers (85 in total made it, lost 12 during final incubation). I normally leave with mum until day 52 though. Got another versi sac currently at day 38 so may pull that soon to avoid any 'dry' sac. Thank you
