2” freshly molted B smithi. Waiting until the end of the week to remove the molt. Can this T be ventral sexed? Also, can the molt of a 2” B Smith be sexed without a microscope?
Well, I'd guess female - and there you have it. At that size you need a very good and clear pic to be reasonably sure. And I'd think you need some kind of microscope to sex the molt.
